My name is Luca Agostini, and I’m a business consultant with solid experience in commercial strategy for SMEs operating in the B2B sector.

 

My mission is to support small and medium-sized enterprises in strengthening their sales strategies and improving their market performance.

 

For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked in the commercial field, developing business strategies for companies of various sizes and markets within the B2B sector.

 

Over the course of my career, I’ve progressed from pure sales roles to positions of increasing responsibility. I’ve held key roles including Sales Manager, Business Developer, Project Manager, and Business Unit Manager. In these roles, I worked closely with company owners, collaborated across all departments, and led multidisciplinary teams.

This experience has allowed me to develop cross-functional skills that are the true strength of the services I offer.

 

Today, as a freelance business consultant, I work alongside startups and SMEs to define growth strategies, optimize sales channels, and manage trade shows and corporate events. My goal is to help businesses achieve tangible results through an analytical approach focused on market opportunities.
